Effective agent for treating freshly sawn timber against blue stain and molds.
The excellent timber protection properties of the antiseptics presented by Wood Chemicals have been known to industry professionals since 1984. Currently, their use has been officially recognized in more than 23 countries around the world and, with more than 40% of the total volume of anti-blue products sold in Europe, they are undoubtedly the market leaders.
The antiseptics penetrate the timber surface to a depth of about 1-2mm and the active reagents are fixed in the timber surface. After drying, the antiseptic is persistently retained in the timber, providing freshly sawn timber with effective and long-lasting protection against blue stain and molds.
Timber can be treated with antiseptics by immersion or spraying. The most common method is immersion (soaking method) - timber packs are soaked in tanks (baths) filled with antiseptic working solution. The concentration of the working solution depends on the method of treatment, its duration and the climatic conditions. The experts of Wood Chemicals. will recommend the most suitable processing parameters according to the needs of each customer.
Impregnants
Arsenic and chromium free agent for high pressure timber impregnation.
Whether it is patio, palisade, pergola, or playground equipment - timber needs protection, especially if you want to strengthen its resistance to the environment. In this case, high-pressure impregnation with Wolmanit CX products can provide lasting protection for this type of timber.
High pressure impregnation with Wolmanit CX is the most effective tool for controlling timber pests and fungus. The long-lasting effect is guaranteed by the active substances of the product, which are deeply absorbed and fixed in the timber fibres.
Chromium and arsenic have long been considered to be the most important active ingredients in high pressure impregnation. The discovery of their harmful effects on the environment and human health led to the search for other solutions to ensure the protection of timber. In 1989, Wolman Wood and Fire Protection GmbH launched the world's first environmentally and health friendly timber impregnation concept. Wolmanit CX is a new generation high pressure timber impregnation agent. It does not contain arsenic or chromium while providing equally effective protection against fungus, pests and environmental impact on timber. The product has been recognized as environmentally friendly by nature and health organizations in Europe and worldwide.
Antiperenes
Timber is a natural renewable material and due to its excellent static, mechanical and structural-physical properties it is a highly valued building material. However, as a highly flammable building material, timber is at risk of fire, which limits its use in areas with high fire safety requirements. This requires additional protection against exposure to fire and heat. Wolman Wood and Fire Protection GmbH fire protection products have two different systems for effectively protecting timber from fire and heat exposure and for use in areas of increased fire risk.
